Return & Refund Policy

At Shoporaa.in, we value your trust and strive to ensure that you have a smooth shopping experience with us. Our Return & Refund Policy is designed to provide clarity, transparency, and assurance to our customers. Please read the following terms carefully:

1. Eligibility for Returns

You can initiate a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as you received it.
- In the original packaging, with all tags and accessories.
Items not eligible for return:
- Products purchased on sale/discount.
- Personal care, hygiene products, or customized items (due to safety & hygiene reasons).

2. Return Process

To request a return, email us at support@shoporaa.in with your Order ID, product details, and reason for return.
Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup (wherever serviceable).
In locations where reverse pickup is not available, customers may have to ship the product back at their own cost.

3. Refund Policy

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.
Refund will be credited to your original payment method (Bank / UPI / Wallet).
In case of Cash on Delivery orders, refund will be processed to your bank account.

4. Exchange Policy

If you received a defective or wrong product, we will replace it at no additional cost.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

5. Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

6. Damaged or Wrong Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the product.
We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
